Terms & Conditions

Group Online Lessons Payment Policy:


1. Each student is entitled to one free trial lesson for our group courses.
2. Post-trial, students may book a set of 5 lessons at our standard rate. Alternatively, discounted rates are available under our subscription model or for upfront payment for the full academic year.
3. For subscription-based enrollment, a deposit covering the final month of learning is required. This deposit is non-refundable if the course is left prematurely, except in cases where the school discontinues the subject.

4. To cancel the subscription, a 30-day notice is required.

5. Refunds for paid lessons or deposit cannot be issued.

Private 1-to-1 and Pair Lessons Payment Policy:

1. Trial lessons in a pair or 1-to-1 require payment of 1 hour lesson fee.

2.  Post-trial, students may book a set of 10 lessons, bookings needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance of the first lesson.

3. Refunds for paid lessons or deposit cannot be issued.

London Centre Policy:

1. Enrollment and Registration
- All students must register with Znayka Academy before attending any classes.
- Registration is complete when the registration form is filled out, signed, and the trial lesson fee is paid.

2. Trial Lesson
- The first lesson is a trial at a reduced fee. After the trial, lessons are only booked per semester in full.

3. Payments
- Tuition fees are payable per semester in advance.
- We offer a 10% booking discount for an additional child.
- We operate a no-refund policy. Once payment for a semester has been made, it is non-refundable, including but not limited to missed lessons or withdrawal from the program.

4. Cancellations and Attendance
- No refunds or adjustments will be made for missed lessons.
- If a child does not attend a scheduled lesson, the payment for that lesson is still deducted.
- If we must cancel a lesson for reasons beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, power outages, etc.), efforts will be made to provide a makeup lesson.

5. Scheduling
- Classes are scheduled on Saturdays, as per the Znayka Academy Calendar: https://www.znayka-academy.com/lessons-schedule-2023to2024
- Rescheduling is not available.

6. Art Materials & Dress Code
- Znayka Academy provides all required art materials for lessons.
- Parents are advised not to dress children in clothing they wouldn't want potentially damaged. While we aim to prevent messes, accidents with art materials can happen.
- All items brought to the academy should be labeled for easier identification.

General School Rules, Applicable to All:

1. Photography and Use of Images
- During the course of lessons and activities at Znayka Academy, photographs may be taken to capture the learning process.
- These photographs are used for internal records and, with the permission of parents/guardians, may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
- Consent for the use of these images for external purposes is sought during the registration process.
- Parents/Guardians can update their consent choices at any time by informing the Academy in writing.

2. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain a respectful attitude towards their tutors and fellow students.
- Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of tuition services without a refund.

3. Arrivals and Departures
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safe drop-off and pick-up of their children.
- Please arrive for pick-up 15 minutes before the end of the lesson. Late arrivals might find that their children have been taken to another supervised class until they arrive.

4. Data Protection
- Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

5. Amendments
- Znayka Academy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated in writing to all parties involved.

6. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
